The 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee takes to the road with a redesign and two new models: the plug-in hybrid and the Trailhawk. Overall, the Grand Cherokee arrives with new architecture, a new, bold exterior design that focuses on aerodynamics and introduces LED reflector headlights, low-profile LED taillights, a wider rear end, a low, tapered rood, a wider and larger seven-slot grille, new active grille shitters, front wheel spats, air curtains, hood aero flick, rear vertical-pillar spoilers, an optional gloss black roof, a widened track, and more wheel options. Additional updates include a new interior design, among others.

Performance

The 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee is powered by either a 3.6-liter V6 engine or a 5.7-liter Hemi V8. The 3.6-liter engine produces 293 horsepower, while the 5.7-liter generates 357 horsepower. The plug-in hybrid 4xe powertrain comes with electrification. All-wheel drive is standard on all Grand Cherokees with the V8 and hybrid powertrains. The V6 engine comes standard with rear-wheel drive.
