The sesame seared tuna comes in thin, bite-sized slices alongside decorative splashes of soy glaze, sriracha, and wasabi aioli. Heartier starters include the braised ribs, slow-cooked until tender and served with slaw and a barbecue sauce flavored with molasses and coffee. The lamb lollipops come coated in a pistachio crust and resting atop demi-glace for an appetizing blend of mild and rich flavors as well as crunchy and tender textures.
